Prof. em., Prof. Hon., Dr. h.c., Dr. tech. e.h. Ernst Neufert belongs to a generation of architects, who, in the first half of the 20th century and after two wars, made it their goal to create a new intellectual basis for design. This new way of thinking and seeing the world changed the way the environment was shaped and formed.
Prof. Ernst Neufert was a student of Walter Gropius and author of the Bauentwurfslehre. He is known for his outstanding achievements in architecture, especially his innovative way of designing office and industrial buildings.
